Joyce & Frank's Belize Bed & Breakfast is located on Placencia Peninsula in the district of Maya Beach. Voted the best in Belize, Maya Beach is about four miles down the 14-mile-long Placencia Lagoon Peninsula, and only six miles north of the airport.

Our private beach house is ideal for two or more people. While not right on the front row of beach property but still on the beach side, it is nestled in between beautiful flora and fauna. It is only 50 feet from the actual beach sand. Every window casts a different view. This house rental has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and court yard with a modern first bath and a second bathroom depicting a pretend Belizean "outhouse" but inside it really has tiled floors, hot & cold water, shower, sink, toilet, linens and even wall paper...

The Main House

The main house is a one bedroom and one bath exclusive rental and rents for 500.00 per night with a minimum stay of 7 days. It is for two people only! Upscale kitchen, beautiful bath, the total works! Some enjoy renting the main house for the facilitator of their group and rent the suites and bungalows for their associates or the parents in a big group will enjoy the main house while their grown up children stay in the suites or bungalows. The main house comes with a private hot tub on its' deck that offers a view of the ocean while relaxing in the hot tub. Rental includes maid service and breakfast privately delivered in the home.

Bungalow 2, just 50 feet from the ocean, offers ocean view, flora and fauna and has a screened in porch and king size bed!

 



On the ocean front side of our beautiful resort we offer a private, two story ocean-front beach house. On the first floor are two beautifully decorated  spacious suites. The second floor offers you a massive veranda which includes an observation tower and the "The Main House". Off the veranda in front of the "Main House" are stairs that take you  to our observation tower. The observation tower has a panoramic view of the ocean, seashore, and Maya Mountains. Enjoy stargazing at night as well! Surrounding the main house are four cabanas. Behind the main house is the "Beach House" which is a 2 bedroom house with the works. In front of the beach side property is our  private pier with hammocks and chairs just calling your name. Our beautiful new pool with waterfall are in front of the house on the beach and  await your enjoyment. Fabulous flora and fauna greet you everyday.

Each suite features private bath,  queen size bed, living room and a spacious  couch which opens up into a queen-size bed. Your private bedroom can be closed off to the living room with handcrafted Mayan doors. You can enter the  bathroom from the bedroom or living room. Tropical decor, air conditioning, ceiling fans, refrigerator, microwave, closet, cable TV, DVD, wifi, internet, and safe are included with your room.

The cabanas are always a hit and feel like a private little house with all the amenities of the suites. While one of the cabanas can be set up with two single beds or a king size bed, the other cabana offers only a queen size bed and another bed for a small person and is only 40 feet from the actual ocean.

The private beach house is a two bedroom, full kitchen, living room, courtyard with a unique little jungle path behind the house.  The ocean and pool greet you each morning while you enjoy a leisurely breakfast in our dining area. (Beach house has 2 TVs).  All amenities are included as well.

On the lagoon side of the resort we offer you the use of our private dock and another means of launching your kayak. On our neatly kept lot, you can also just sit and enjoy the flora and fauna as you overlook a natural untouched Belizean park.

DEPOSITS: A deposit equal to one night's stay is due within 21 days of booking to guarantee your reservation. The balance is due 45 days before the start of your stay. If you book within 45 days of the start of your stay, full payment is required at the time of booking. Deposits and payments in U.S. dollars only, please.

Cancellation Charges: A full refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee will be granted if cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to arrival at Joyce and Frank's Bed and Breakfast. If 60 up to 45 days prior to arrival 25 % refund. If 45 days or less, no refund. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, or personal issues. § A 1 night deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made 45 days or less prior to arrival, then full payment is due upon booking. § Please note that taxes are subject to change according to government policy

 

Amenities include:  Free kayaks and bikes, pool,with water fall,  private pier,  ocean beach, cushioned chaise lounges on beach and pool, palapas (palm umbrellas) on beach, snack bar, dining room by pool overlooking ocean, gated and a  bird watching or star gazing observation tower on beach side,golf cart and car rental.
Each bungalow or suite comes with  air conditioning, ceiling fans, microwave and refrigerator, dishes, cable TV with over 100 channels, DVD player, internet, wifi, table and chairs, custom tropically decorated, maid service,  complete breakfast from a menu.

Furthermore we have a golf cart for rent to tour Maya Beach area and a VW convertible for rent to use on the peninsula.
